Choose how you want to own
Hotel rooms and private apartments are different property propositions. Compare permitted personal use, operating agreements, service charges and resale conditions. Request the documents for your exact unit; a hotel brand or a location does not guarantee occupancy, income or capital growth.
Plan the purchase from abroad
Confirm title and registration arrangements, all acquisition costs, the payment schedule and the applicable remote signing process. Your passport starts identification, but additional compliance documents may be requested. Consider tax obligations in your country of residence as well as in the UAE.
